Fertility Health Counsellor

What You'll Do

• Educate patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures
• Work with the care team to oversee patients’ cycling process - consent reviews, medication questions, and answer general process questions throughout the cycle
• Oversee daily meeting with physician(s) to review cycling patient’s lab results and ultrasound images and ensure accurate and timely updating of patient Fertility Health Counsellor 2 instructions
• Coordinates patient treatment plans, such as Egg Freezing, IUI, In Vitro
• Fertilization and Frozen Embryo Transfers
• Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates
• physician orders and instructions
• Ensure all patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR
• according to our procedures
• Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patient's families
• Works independently to ensure the program goals are achieved
• Support and promote excellence in customer service
• Provide feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help gain efficiencies in your day-to-day Who you are
• 1+ years as a clinical psychologist/functional health coach with deep
• experience working with medical providers or fertility clinics (preferred)
• An excellent communicator with and ability to work with multiple cases at once
• A deep sense of empathy to navigate difficult conversations
• A problem solver, who is ready to take on challenges the moment they arise and enjoys fast-paced work
• Someone who is always looking for ways to be more efficient
• Interested in the third-party reproduction field and is comfortable supporting and educating our members through fertility treatments and support
• A collaborative team player
