Production Administrative Coordinator

About the role

We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic English dub team, providing essential support across multiple stages of the production process. Reporting to our Final Script Supervisor, you'll manage actor payroll, coordinate with talent across departments, and assist with general production tasks, from timecoding to final script preparation. You'll also help create credit documents and final scripts, while ensuring smooth talent coordination and communication..

• Handle ADR production payroll logistics
• Compile and organize ADR production logs
• Manage employee expenses related to ADR production
• Assist producers with administrative tasks for seasonal shows
• Support project-based initiatives as directed by production staff

We are considering applicants for our Coppell office.

About You

• You have 2+ years of experience in administrative support and data entry
• You are reliable and accountable for the tasks entrusted to you.
• You have strong Microsoft Excel skills, able to enter data and maintain complex spreadsheets
• You are experienced in data entry with minimal errors
• You are available to work onsite in our Coppell office five days a week

About the Team

The ADR Production team creates the English-language dub tracks for our shows. Our goal is to produce outstanding creative content that delights and engages our audiences, partners, and team members. We are a group comprised of audio staff, voice directors, writers, and support staff.
