Odoo ERP/CRM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP/CRM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The candidate should have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Odoo solutions across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odoo Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo, focusing on ERP and CRM modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customization & Integration: Customize Odoo modules (ERP, CRM) and integrate third-party tools to enhance functionality and meet business requirements.
• Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications post-implementation.
• Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through enhanced workflows using Odoo.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, finance, sales, and marketing, to align the Odoo system with business objectives.
• Updates and Maintenance: Manage periodic updates and ensure the continuous optimization of Odoo modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 1+ year of experience in implementing and customizing Odoo, particularly ERP and CRM modules.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Odoo’s architecture and related technologies.
• Customization Skills: Proficiency in customizing Odoo applications to meet specific business needs, including module development and integrations.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into efficient Odoo solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing Odoo implementation projects, including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and providing user training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-company or multi-currency Odoo setups.
• Familiarity with Odoo Enterprise features and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of other business applications or ERP systems is a plus.
