Job Summary: The Associate Customer Success Manager will oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and timelines. They will also act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement. We are looking for a generalist who can adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed to support the team and the clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Monitor project progress and performance.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards.
Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis.
Ensure proper handover of project outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Develop strategies for client retention.
Collaborate with clients on long-term strategic plans.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in engineering, or related field.
1+ years of experience in project management and/or key account management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Previous experience in Enterprise Saas is a plus
