Eunoia Labs is an AI-powered mental health startup focused on revolutionizing psychological counseling and emotional well-being. Our mobile app combines cutting-edge AI technology with the principles of psychology to help users navigate challenges such as mental disorders (anxiety, depression, and etc), relationships concerns, and stress. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and psychology to innovate the way mental health care is delivered as of now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical strategy and roadmap for Eunoia’s AI-powered platform, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Autonomously drive development aligned with the company’s vision, ensuring that all technical decisions support the broader mission
• Develop and optimize advanced AI solutions, while steering the long-term AI vision to keep the platform at the cutting edge of technology
• Implement scalable, secure architecture and infrastructure, ensuring the platform’s flexibility to adapt and grow
• Ensure robust data privacy and security measures are in place, adhering to global standards and regulations to protect user information
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technology initiatives with business goals

Qualifications:

• A passion for mental health, technology, and using AI to drive social impact
• 4+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of leading AI or data-driven projects
• Strong expertise in AI/ML development and implementation, with a deep understanding of AI frameworks, infrastructure, and scalability
• Experience in building and managing secure, scalable platforms, with a focus on data privacy and user protection
• Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead and execute development in line with a company’s long-term vision
• Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or similar) and modern development frameworks
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and business teams to align technology with company objectives
• Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
