About the job

We are looking for a Project Lead for our esteemed client who has 4+ years in Sales and at least 1 year of experience in Real Estate sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to your sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that each team member is effectively managing their responsibilities and meeting targets.
Serve as a point of escalation for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate customer leads and expand market reach.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with Ivy Homes goals and market trends.
Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay informed about product updates, market conditions, and competing products, ensuring the team is well-equipped to effectively position Ivy Homes.
Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and drive sales success.
Oversee the management and updating of the customer database, ensuring that leads are followed up promptly and effectively.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Support your team in closing deals, overcoming objections, and achieving sales targets.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

5+ years of experience in sales within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors.
More than 1 year of Leadership experience is mandatory within the Residential Real Estate Industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve goals.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and build long-term relationships.
Deep understanding of sales processes, negotiation tactics, and market dynamics in the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment, with the flexibility to work weekends and travel within the Bangalore region as required.
