About Us: Matt Bodnar's Acquisition Accelerator program is a high-ticket, 12-week mentorship program designed for business owners and individuals looking to master the world of mergers and acquisitions M&A. The program provides deep insights, hands-on strategies, and proven frameworks to help participants acquire businesses and scale their operations.

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts, drive lead generation, and optimise our sales funnels for maximum conversion. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of the M&A space, and will be responsible for attracting leads who are actively seeking coaching and mentorship in the M&A industry and are willing to invest in a high-ticket coaching program.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead Generation & Funnel Management:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting individuals and business owners looking to learn and invest in M&A coaching and mentorship..
Implement strategies to reach an audience actively seeking M&A coaching programs and mentorship.
Analyse and optimise marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and maximise ROI.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of high-quality leads for follow-up and conversion.

Content Strategy & Execution:

Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including email campaigns, social media ads, blog posts, and landing pages.
Work with Matt Bodnar and other stakeholders to produce high-quality educational content aimed at driving engagement and interest in the M&A coaching program.
Manage digital assets such as webinars and program landing pages to nurture leads and showcase the value of the program.

Email Marketing & Automation:

Design and execute email nurture sequences to engage potential leads and guide them through the buyer’s journey.
Manage and grow the email list, leveraging existing assets such as Matt Bodnar’s newsletter to engage with high-potential prospects.
Use automation tools to deliver personalised messages and touchpoints based on lead behaviour.

Ad Campaign Management:

Set up, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads.
Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage prospects who have shown interest but haven’t yet converted.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on key metrics, including cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), cost to acquire (CAC), and conversion rates.
Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve performance over time.
Work with CRM tools like Go High Level to track leads and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Market Research & Audience Targeting:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the M&A coaching and mentorship space.
Continuously refine the ideal client avatar to target individuals willing to invest in a high-ticket M&A coaching program.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive and effective.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or education programs.
In-depth knowledge of the M&A industry is essential.
Strong understanding of funnel management, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Experience with paid ad management, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
Expertise in email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Go High Level.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, particularly in persuasive and educational messaging.
