The duties will involve

The goal would be to quickly launch and aggressively scale campaigns to maximise revenues, whilst keeping the CPAs within target range, and CTRs above industry average.
***There is no requirement for SEO as we only deal with paid traffic.
Candidates who passed the following tests will be given preference:
-Google AdWords certification

Excel knowledge is an asset.
IMPORTANT
Please answer the screening questions included further in this posting when submitting a proposal:
1) How many Ads campaigns have you personally managed and what approximate budget were you responsible for?
2) Describe your results with Display and Remarketing campaigns. Be specific: cite your main KPIs achieved, such as CTR, CPA, etc.
3a) Practical scenario: you've identified 100 keywords related to the offer which is valued at $5. How would you structure the campaign(s) and what will be your bidding strategy?
3b) The campaign(s) above is doing well. What actions would you take in order to scale its results 10X?
4) What training and educational materials related to this industry (blogs, videos, podcasts, books, etc.), do you consume on a regular basis?
