Job Overview: As the Growth Marketing Manager at Revenue Management Labs, you will be responsible for driving rapid and sustainable growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, enhancing customer retention, and increasing overall market presence. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Revenue Management Labs' business goals. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages of the customer journey.
Data-Driven Marketing:
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, optimize marketing efforts, and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.
Client Acquisition:
- Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns, including paid search, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Optimize both paid and organic channels to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Client Retention and Lifecycle Marketing:
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Execute personalized campaigns to engage and retain clients, including email nurturing, loyalty programs, and retargeting. Collaboration:
- Work closely with business development teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives and execution.
Growth Hacking and Experimentation:
- Implement innovative growth hacking tactics to quickly test, iterate, and scale growth initiatives.
- Foster a culture of experimentation within the marketing team.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.
- Explore co-marketing opportunities, affiliate programs, and other collaborative efforts. Metrics and Reporting:
- Define, track, and report on key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn rates.
- Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to the leadership team.
Automation and Process Optimization:
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline and scale growth efforts.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of driving growth in a B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
Expertise in A/B testing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to drive growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
