Position Overview:
As a Growth Marketer (Branding & Partnerships), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to connect with target audiences in the Sales/Salesforce/Hubspot ecosystem through community engagement and events. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce community dynamics, a track record of successful partnership planning and execution, and the ability to foster relationships that contribute to overall brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy to build and nurture partnerships in the Sales, Salesforce and Hubspot ecosystem.
- Identify and participate in relevant industry communities, forums, and social media groups to establish the company as a thought leader and engage with potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align community and event activities with overall business goals.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of community and event initiatives, providing insights to optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the Salesforce influencers, thought leaders, and key stakeholders to amplify the brand's presence in the community.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in growth marketing with a focus on community engagement and events.
- Understanding of Salesforce or Hubspot ecosystem a must.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring the impact of community engagement initiatives and events.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, community management tools, and event planning software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
