RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Key Responsibilities HR Information Systems(HRIS) and integrationOversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibilityLeveragetechnologysolutionstoautomateroutinetasksandgenerateinsights for informed decision-makingProgram managing integration of different systems HR Metrics and AnalyticsEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR operational effectiveness and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomesUse data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR processesFamiliarity with building effective dashboards on tools such as PowerBI Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.Implement measures to maintain culture of fairness, equity, and inclusivity within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Power-Point). Knowledge of SQL is a plusBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations experience working with a workforce of 300+ or more employees.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
