About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to provide essential support to our Senior Project Manager at our leading UI/UX Studio. The successful candidate will possess a blend of passion for digital design, user experience, and a foundational knowledge of project management. This role will involve direct collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to ensure effective project execution from conceptualization to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support to Sr. Project Manager:
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Handle specific tasks and responsibilities delegated by the Senior Project Manager.
- Aid in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communication Assistance:
- Facilitate communication between design teams and developers under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
- Help in documenting meeting minutes, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Resource Allocation:
- Support in determining resource requirements and task assignments.
- Monitor project resources and flag potential shortages or issues to the Senior Project Manager.
- Quality Assurance Support:
- Collaborate with the Sr. designers and QA teams to ensure deliverables adhere to company standards.
- Assist in reviewing project outcomes and ensuring quality assurance.
What are the role requirements?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Design or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the digital or design realm.
- Having prior experience in a client-facing role in advertising/design or in a media/creative field.
- A foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with a readiness to learn.
Preferred (but not required):
- Initial exposure to Figma/Figjam
- Previous experience in an assistant or support role.
