Responsibilities:
- Provide support across various functions, including but not limited to sales, marketing, operations, and product development.
- Collaborate closely with the founders on daily tasks such as planning, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of weekly/monthly plans.
- Manage the founder's calendar and social media, handling cold messages and responses, and ensuring timely posts and efficient time management.
- Assist with daily operations, email correspondence, and special projects as needed.
- Address and resolve issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for investors, stakeholders, Clients and internal teams.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including business development initiatives, conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal team and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
- Work with different teams to support innovation and help the company grow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of distribution, sales, and marketing functions in an early-stage start-up is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- This role is execution-heavy, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant softwares.
