Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in selling B2B SaaS products, particularly in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on converting hot leads passed on by the marketing team, as well as developing new business.

This role requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. The candidate must be comfortable managing the full sales cycle, including giving demos, nurturing relationships, and closing deals within the $5,000 to $20,000 range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads into customers by selling AeroLeads’ B2B SaaS solutions, focusing on the USA market.
  • Work with marketing to follow up on hot leads and identify additional prospects.
  • Conduct product demos and clearly articulate the value of AeroLeads’ offerings to potential clients.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with prospects through the sales pipeline to close deals.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial outreach to closing the sale, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and negotiations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain a detailed sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling B2B SaaS software, particularly to the US market.
  • Experience in closing deals within the $5,000 to $20,000 range, preferably selling B2B data or related software solutions.
  • Strong lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to give compelling demos and clearly explain product features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a flexible schedule to accommodate international time zones.
