Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Co-Founder

Location: Remote (U.S. only, with a preference for candidates residing in Florida)

Company: SalesLeverage.ai – A rapidly growing SaaS startup revolutionizing sales processes with AI-driven insights. We are on the path to scale and looking for a key technical leader to join as a co-founder.

About Us:
SalesLeverage.ai is a patent-pending platform designed to streamline and optimize the sales and revenue lifecycle through advanced AI and machine learning. We are positioning ourselves for exponential growth, targeting an acquisition or IPO within 5-7 years, with an expected valuation exceeding $500 million. As a co-founder and CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology and business.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer with a deep understanding of startups, sales, marketing, customer success, product marketing, and cybersecurity best practices. This role requires someone with a proven track record of raising angel or venture capital and an ability to manage a third-party development team. You will be instrumental in leading our beta testing, customer onboarding, and customer success processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic technology leader and co-founder, working closely with the CEO and other executives to drive business goals.
  • Oversee and manage the outsourced development team, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of features and product enhancements.
  • Lead the development and execution of beta testing, customer onboarding, and customer success initiatives to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard the platform and customer data.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align product development with market needs, ensuring that technology and business strategies are integrated.
  • Play a critical role in fundraising efforts, engaging with potential investors, and securing angel or venture capital.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring scalability, innovation, and long-term growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams while being hands-on as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within a startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, product marketing, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising, including experience raising angel or venture capital.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with third-party developers and development teams.
  • Experience guiding companies through customer onboarding and success processes.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Equity:
This is an equity-based role with significant co-founder shares. While there is no immediate salary, the role will offer substantial equity in the company, with the potential for future compensation as the company secures funding.

Location:
This role is fully remote but requires candidates to be located within the U.S. Preference will be given to candidates based in Florida.
