*Position Overview: *

We seek a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a technology-related field/ SaaS sales. This role is critical to our company's growth. It will involve working closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients.

*Key Responsibilities: *

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to targeted leads, ensuring follow-up and qualification of prospects.
  • Utilize CRM and Sales Engagement platforms (HubSpot and Apollo.io) effectively to track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Create, manage, and optimize your campaigns and sequences to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to assess their needs and qualify them as potential opportunities for the sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Teqtivity's products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics (e.g., call volume, appointment setting, lead conversion rates).
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts based on interactions with prospects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales development role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in high call volume environments and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing and creating own campaigns/sequences.
  • Proficient in using CRM and Sales Engagement tools (experience with HubSpot and Apollo.io is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.

Expectations for Metrics: *# of demos booked per month, minimum 10.
