Growth Operations Manager (Binance Pay)

Binance Pay is looking for a Growth Operations Manager to help drive marketing and business growth for active markets. This role will ensure the highest user growth efficiency and achieve objective KPIs with the team in one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

Responsibilities

• Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partners.
• Direct ongoing market research to foster the product’s and market growth.
• Contributes new growth ideas to increase Binance Pay Monthly Active Users.
• Solutionist mindset: Natural strategic thinker and problem-solver who gains category/commercial understanding with ease and has the ability to turn-key business drivers into exciting customer value propositions.
• Create, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basis.
• Manage routine and non-routine campaigns, production rollout and change requests, as well as support new initiatives.
• Work on market research and information collection tasks assigned.
• Highly organized, detailed and meticulous: Enjoy improving processes to achieve day-to-day efficiency. Thrive in an ultrafast-paced tech/digitally-inclined environment. Strive for perfection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or Business, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Bilingualism in any other language is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills and ability to manage projects as part of a cross-functional team.
• At least 3 years experience in Fintech/E-commerce is highly preferred.
