What this role is about
Our Product Solutions Engineers are passionate about driving customer success. They work with internal engineering teams as well as partners to do so. Adept at analysing complex customer issues and needs, building out and evaluating options, developing compelling insights and driving solutions to completion - all to make sure the customer is delighted. Join our team of talented technologists and product managers and guide the countless decisions on the journey to the next generation of financial services.
At epiFi, you will :
- Help solve customer issues across areas like KYC, customer onboarding, payments with deep domain knowledge and technical skills
- Work with product and engineering on partner integrations
- Propose, build and evolve technical solutions and processes
- Set up a culture of ‘No customer left behind’ and help solve both small and big customer issues
- Work with internal and external teams
You should apply if you :
- Have an Engineering degree
- Have 4 to 8 years of experience in the banking industry in a technical or semi-technical role and have familiarity with payment protocols like UPI, IMPS, RTGS, KYC norms, CBS etc
- Are able to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced environment
- Have hands-on experience investigating and solving customer problems
- Have hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, logs analysis, analyzing production metrics
- Are proficient in Python or bash scripting
