As a Backend Developer we expect following:
- Experience with developing REST APIs
- Knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB
- Good with writing algorithms
- Knowledge of NodeJS/Python/Go
- Ability to work with Git
- Knowledge of software best practices, like Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI)
We give important attention to:
- Writing clean code
- Building reusable code
- Maintaining Git discipline
- Ability to work independently - accountable for your own actions and able to act with both urgency and integrity
- Meeting the deadlines
- Passion for technology. Our developers are always evaluating/learning new tools and technologies.
