Neunetix is a healthcare startup focused on revolutionizing the home infusion services sector by building cutting-edge software solutions. Our first product is a prior authorization tool designed to streamline the cumbersome and manual process of handling insurance approvals, with a vision to make healthcare more efficient and patient-centered.

We are seeking a passionate, mission-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team. As CTO, you will lead the development and technical direction of our product, shaping the future of Neunetix and making a lasting impact on the healthcare industry. This is an equity-only position, with a significant ownership stake in the company.

What You’ll Do

• Define the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for the Neunetix prior authorization tool and future products.
• Roll up your sleeves and write code, especially during the early stages, to build the MVP and refine the product based on user feedback.
• As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead a team of talented engineers to scale the product.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and product teams to ensure the product meets user needs, is secure, and complies with healthcare regulations.
• Stay ahead of technology trends, especially in healthcare, and ensure the company’s solutions leverage the best technology to solve user pain points.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with full-stack development (backend and frontend). Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, APIs, and security best practices (HIPAA compliance) is a huge plus.
• Prior experience leading technical teams and building software products from the ground up.
• Passion for improving the healthcare system and making it more streamlined and accessible.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and are willing to wear multiple hats to get things done.
• You’re driven by solving complex problems and are ready to innovate in the healthcare space.
