Our Core Product

Our flagship product is a self-service insurance underwriting suite that helps home buyers and sellers avoid breaches of contract, while giving us the opportunity to provide mortgage lenders with independent underwriting assessments before an offer is made.

Job brief

We are seeking a highly skilled and extremely motivated Chief Technology Officer to join our current team. As a CTO, your primary responsibilities will be to build our MVP so that it can scale into a complex, secure, data aggreation systems for the future of predictive, generate, and conversational AI in the real estate sector.

You must collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and deploy software that revolutionizes legacy industries and improve lives. If you're excited about pushing boundaries of software development, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of CI/CD/CM + 4QM patterns and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving (frequently under various sorts of constraints and stress)
• Ability to quickly and correctly diagnose what is wrong and how best to fix it
• Understanding of the behavior of software in order to deploy it and to troubleshoot problems
• Strong grasp of security preventing break-ins and other issues with preventive measures
• Knowledge of several programming languages used for scripting/automation of routine tasks
• Experience with agile methodologies and development experience
• Strong ability to motivate, direct, and develop personnel and identify those with the best strengths for the job.
• Effective at evaluating system performance, finding indicators, and discovering how changes in operations will improve results and
• meet goals.
• Optimization of information management approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology
