We're seeking an exceptional Senior Front-End Developer to join our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and deep experience creating and maintaining robust design systems.

🎯 What You'll Be Doin'

• Architect a best-in-class stack. We want you to lead the development of our new front-end platform. Put together the best stack to serve our iOS customer base. Make tasteful choices that speed up your team and delight users.
• Ship fast. Deliver high-quality production code in a fast-paced startup environment. Show us how it's done with high quality PRs. We want you to show off the best practices in modern mobile-web and native iOS development for our team.
• Collaborate with our designer. Pair with our code-friendly designer Josh Adamous to deliver an exceptional user experience. Nerd out with the team as you dial in the best product for customers.
• Work autonomously. Take direction and execute tasks efficiently without requiring extensive guidance.
• Mentor peer engineers. Guide our team of talented full-stack engineers. Give feedback on pull requests, share hard-earned wisdom, and upskill your peers.
• Build with the best tech. Develop and maintain a robust and adaptable design system using React, Stitches, Framer Motion, and Next.js. Build sophisticated animations and interactions using Framer Motion or GSAP.

🛠 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality code and UI builds
• Proven leadership experience
• Excellent ability to solve problems alone
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect implementations
• Expert skills in React, Next.js, Stitches, and Framer Motion/GSAP
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum dev process
• Experience with mobile-web and native iOS paradigms (Swift, Obj-C)
• Up-to-date with the latest dev trends, techniques, and technologies

🌟 Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with TypeScript and static typing
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil)
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and static site generation techniques
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• AI expertise, especially computer vision
• Experience building for the cattle industry and/or online marketplaces
