Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Development Representative - Team Lead at Rise. The role involves leading a team of sales development representatives, generating leads, managing communication, driving sales, and developing business partnerships. You will be a player-coach in this role with aspirations to grow into a management role in opportunity creation.
This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
Qualifications
• 1+ year experience as a SaaS SDR or related role
• Outbound and Inbound Lead Generation Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to mentor and lead a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technologies
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with a modern sales stack
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
OTE for this role will be $100-$110K
