Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy for Contractor/Subcontractors partnership
● Conducting research and analyses of effectiveness and processes of Onboarding Process
● Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy based on Demand & Supply Matrix
● Engagement activities planning to motivate Contractor & partners
● Assessing market trends and competitors to make the decision on Contractors/Subcontractors Payout Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
● Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
● Monitoring and reporting on projects
● Supporting and guiding senior executives/Managers in decision-making processes
Requirements:
● Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
● 6-8 years of experience in merchant onboarding, management consulting or strategic planning
● Must have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organizational and planning skills
● Project management skills
● Strong leadership and Negotiation skills
