Business Development Manager - IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation

Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with expertise in the IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation industry. This role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities in the IT sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the business by acquiring new clients and enhancing service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients in need of IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to drive business growth.
• Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new business deals.

Qualifications:
