Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter & Operations Executive to join our team. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of sourcing and recruiting top technical talent with overseeing operational activities to ensure smooth business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical recruitment expertise, and a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Recruitment:
Source, screen, and evaluate potential technical candidates for various roles, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and source candidates accordingly
Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to first-level technical interview
Conduct interviews, technical assessments, and background checks.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential technical candidates through networking, job boards, and industry events.
Coordinate and execute operational activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of internal processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
Oversee different administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Engineering.
1+ years of experience in technical recruitment and operations management.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
