Position Summary: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:**
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and business opportunities in the IT and marketing sectors.
Analyze competitor strategies and market conditions to inform business development efforts.
Lead Generation and Sales:
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Strategic Planning:**
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business development strategies and goals.
Identify and pursue new markets and business segments to drive growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and client retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT and marketing sectors.
Strong understanding of IT and marketing solutions, trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
