About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in account-based marketing, social media engagement, content research, and competitor analysis. This role involves managing multiple tasks, engaging prospects, and driving marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, qualifying leads via phone calls, and completing lead generation forms accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify and target 100 high-value prospects using Sales Navigator, execute ABM campaigns (M0, M1, M2), and track/report on effectiveness.
- Learn company products and services, attend networking events to connect with prospects, and generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other channels.
- Daily Engagement: Engage with prospects by liking/commenting on 50-100 posts daily to foster relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Research for LinkedIn & Social Updates: Conduct research to stay updated on LinkedIn trends and social media updates, implementing findings to enhance strategies.
- Content-Related Research: Research and curate content for blogs, captions, and marketing materials, collaborating with the content team for high-quality output.
- Social Media Management (SMM) - Meta: Develop and maintain a Meta calendar with 4 posts/week (captions, creatives, scheduling), grow Instagram presence, and manage paid ads on Meta.
- Competitor Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other ABM tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Experience with content creation and research.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills, ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
