Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately input data into various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized data files and records.
Bookkeeping:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
Internet Research:
Conduct thorough online research to gather information on specific topics or projects.
Evaluate and analyze information from various sources.
Summarize findings and present information in a clear and concise manner.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist with office organization and maintenance.
Qualifications:
