Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Pharmacy & Chemist Partnerships: Meet with pharmacy and chemist owners to introduce Bharosa and encourage them to partner with us, enhancing their business and patient experience.
- Patient Engagement: Speak to patients in pharmacies and encourage them to share their experiences and reviews on the Bharosa platform.
- Drive B2B Partnerships: Work with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to secure partnerships that benefit both businesses and patients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure they see value in continued collaboration with Bharosa.
- Research & Database Generation: Research and gather information on doctors in your assigned area, building a comprehensive database to facilitate partnerships and patient referrals.
- Market Insights: Gather feedback from pharmacies, patients, and chemists to provide insights to the Bharosa team for continuous platform improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- A passion for the healthcare industry and patient-centric solutions
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Sales experience or coursework in business/sales is a plus, but not mandatory
