Core Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of e6data's solutions, working closely with customer teams and internal stakeholders.
  
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers on using e6data products effectively.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and operation of e6data solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals, data architecture, and technical requirements.
• Hire and grow the solution engineering team, providing structured mentorship based on experience, insight, and contributions.

Must-Have Skills:

• 7+ years of experience working within presales or related teams, preferably incorporating data engineering and big data analytics sales.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Experience working on very large (> $1m ARR), highly technical deals.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with distributed query engines (e.g., Presto, Trino, Apache Spark).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Prior experience with open-source technologies and contributions to the open-source community are highly desirable.
