Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm (mix of office and field based)
Office location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)
Salary: OTE £60K+
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for Build-to-Rent (BtR) clients, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing support.
Prepare reports that provide insights into client portfolio performance. Analyse data on occupancy, rent, arrears, maintenance and provide recommendations to senior management based on your findings.
Collaborate with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement growth strategies.
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase awareness and demand for client properties.
Provide assistance with project management for key initiatives and special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and successfully. Work with internal teams to address any issues and achieve project goals.
