Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition intern to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. We seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR intern to assist with various aspects of the recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field. As an intern, you will play a vital role in helping us attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
• Manage our HRIS system by updating candidate information, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions
• Contribute to various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work with Multiple Hiring agencies to ensure adequate availability of candidates
Requirements
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and colleagues
• Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze and organize recruitment data
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and project management concepts
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications and Preferred Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
● Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is preferred
● Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus
● Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred:
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently
• Experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
• At least one internship experience is a must
• 6-day work week (Flexible)
