HR - Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and assisting team members with various HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support departments including Content, Communications, and Marketing.
• Oversee and manage global promotion processes, headcount planning, and talent reviews.
• Work with managers to develop and refine job descriptions.
• Administer and manage employee changes, leaves, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with office management for organizing events, activities, and training logistics.
• Handle internal HR documentation, such as transfer/promotion letters and immigration postings.
• Address employee relations topics and provide support as needed.
• Uphold and promote the organization's cultural values.
• Provide counsel and guidance on employee management and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in human resources and talent management.
• Previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in supporting HR agendas, handling employee relations topics, and fostering cultural initiatives.
• Innovative problem solver with a proactive approach to getting tasks accomplished.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Mac/Office and Google applications, particularly Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
