IT Ops Analyst

• Description of Position: As an IT Ops Analyst, you will keep our company up to speed with best practices in IT standards and guidelines, while managing and troubleshooting IT Systems. Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.

• Duties and Responsibilities:  Primary responsibilities of the position include monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing our systems, as well as providing support to internal teams. Monitor the health and performance of our IT systems, including servers, network, and applications.

•**** Other duties may include:****
o Primarily would work on server implementation projects.
o Will be part of 24*7 team.
o To impalement and support Linux, Windows and proxmox VM environment.
o Work and support Data center implementation team for infrastructure project deployment. Infrastructure project typically are deployment of servers , storages and network.
o Identify and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime and interruptions.

o Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches.
o Respond to and resolve IT incidents, service requests, and support tickets in a timely manner.

o Escalate complex issues and collaborate to resolve issues quickly.

o Document incident details and resolutions for future reference.

o Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.

o Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
o Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.

o Assist in SOC 2 and PCI compliance audits.

o Other IT related things as necessary.

*• Qualifications: *
o Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
o 5+ years of proven experience in similar role.
o A+, Linux+, Network+, and other certifications preferred.

o 0-2 years of experience is a similar role.
o Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

o Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
o Excellent problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and teamwork skills.
o Highly organized and self-motivated
• Preferred skills:
o Knowledge of MFT tools.
o Knowledge of remote access control tools. (eg. iDRAC)
o knowledge of Virtualization tool.(eg. Proxmox and VMwere)
