Associate Product Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of Flipshop. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business objectives and meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flipshop.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Work with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
• Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and optimizations.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies, including product launches, customer training, and marketing communications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the product.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role within the ecommerce or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
• A passion for ecommerce and a customer-centric mindset.
