Entrepreneur in Residence

You will work in the Special Projects Team.

At any point of time, the team is gestating multiple 0 to 1 projects ranging across new product development, automation, business model innovation, developing partnerships etc.

The team is looking for early career (<4 years exp) folks to join as EIRs to lead these projects.

You will be expected to:

1. Own project(s) independently
2. Take them to a stage where they can either be handed over to relevant teams in the company or spun off as business lines in themselves
3. Do all this while collaborating with stakeholders across the company

Requirements:

• Very high sense of ownership
• Ability to think through problems and break them down logically
• Ability to work in a fast moving environment with uncertainty
• Excellent communication skills. OCD for documentation.
• Knowledge of productivity tools and ability to evangelize them within the company
• Some kind of technical background is a bonus - hard engineering, programming, data science, financial modelling, pure sciences, cooking etc
