caused such expenses to increase multi fold, but also created a need for accessible
systems.

In a professional setting, such offerings are either lacking, or provided in an ad hoc,
broken manner through various individual platforms. As a result, the experience for
an employee is disconnected, with limited utilisation and engagement.

We are looking for APMs to join our high energy team.

You will have a direct impact on redefining the Health Benefits Programs in the
Indian corporate landscape. This is a vast and complex domain, and will involve
solving challenges in our core primary care services, insurance and broker related
services, user engagement and gamification. You'll work as part of a high-energy
team and interact with teams across engineering, design, operations, growth,
marketing, category, finance and legal.

As part of your day-to-day work, you will

● Define and Execute a strategy to work towards solving employee, employer
and partner problems that are aligned with Visit’s business goals.
● Launch new products and features, guide their go-to-market, evaluate their
success, and iterate based on feedback.
● Develop solutions collaborating with Engineering and Design teams across
Visit as required.
● Own the end to end product roadmap derived from employee, employer and
partner feedback and Visit business strategy

Must Haves

● 1-3 years of work experience in a product or product adjacent role like tech,
design, growth, strategy.
● Prior startup experience
● Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
