The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a New Business Director to join our growing team to drive new client/advertiser development in India. You will play an important role in shaping and executing our GTM strategy for the country. This is a Gurgaon-based role with a hybrid working model.
The Opportunity:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new revenue-generating advertisers.
- Build a new business pipeline and manage opportunities to achieve the India strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
- Manage contract negotiations and liaison with the legal and finance teams.
- Fully understand market trends and advertiser marketing goals and track success metrics to help determine appropriate solutions.
- Build, strengthen, and level up relationships with new customers to evangelize the Moloco solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers.
- Attend key industry events to evangelize the Moloco brand and our Machine Learning technology.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Extensive sales experience in performance advertising.
- Deep experience within the Mobile and programmatic advertising space, including thought-leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies in this space.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals to close new revenue.
- Experience interfacing with customer growth teams based in the region.
- Great negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Team player and ability to adapt to a growing company.
- Critical thinking and passionate about winning.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred).
