Qualifications
1. Candidate MUST have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or similar field of business sales and marketing.
- Work experience of one years in sales, business development or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell and create value.
- Time management skills and proficiency in using shared calendars.

Background
ProLift is a novel platform that helps everyone grow professionally. Our mantra of
making this growth happen for our users is by providing them with right advice from the
right people at the right time. The Business Development team brings in users for the
platform. This is done by undertaking the following activities:
- Familiarising yourself with ProLift products and services.
- Identifying new opportunities for business growth by following leads and conducting market research.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining business relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing indicated changes.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for business development.
- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities.
- Collaborating with management regarding sales goals.
- Support the team with other responsibilities as and when required.
Role Specifics
In this role
- Your primary goal will be to bring users to the platform.
- Keep a daily record of the users you bring on to the platform.
- Schedule at least 4 days of touring NCR to sell our services to institutions that can benefit from ProLift’s services. This includes schools, colleges, coaching institutes and corporates.
- Sit with other teams on a weekly basis to draw insights on our unique selling points, upcoming features and customer feedback. This will keep you updated with our products and services.
- Attend meetings with management every Saturday to discuss the action plan for the upcoming week.
