We currently focus on selling 'buyer intelligence' to sales teams. We provide previously
impossible insights about the buyers to our users, which help them personalize every
interaction and build trustworthy connections that otherwise would not be possible.
Our customers include enterprises like Cushman & Wakefield, Amazon, Mitel; startups like
Domo, AcuityMD, ResourceWise and even the sales team at the legendary Manchester
United.
And we have barely started!
Responsibilities
● Take ownership of lead generation and pipeline development for the company
● Develop extremely thorough understanding of Humantic AI’s ICP, various segments,
sub-segments, products and more
● Build Humantic AI’s Demand Gen playbook; create and run multi-channel marketing
campaigns across paid, organic, ABM, PLG, partner channels
● Collaborate with content, field marketing, product, and sales teams to execute an
efficient and compelling marketing story
● Analyze performance across channels, benchmark and optimize campaigns based
on data-driven insights
● Develop and maintain a robust lead nurturing process
What Really Matters
● $5M or more of pipeline creation across your earlier roles that you can claim direct
responsibility for. In fewer years, the better; we don’t care about the no. of years of
experience much.
● Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns across
multiple channels and formats
● Comfort, and even a desire to own a pipeline / lead / opportunity target
● Strong understanding of multiple marketing automation and advertising platforms as
well as analytics tools
What Matters Somewhat
● Ideally, more than 3 and less than 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation
or growth roles in SaaS or AI industries
● Experience across a variety of channels, formats, mediums even beyond what is
usual in SaaS
● Familiarity with sales processes and buyer journey in the B2B context
● Exposure to content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
● Knowledge of marketing technologies and tools beyond basic automation and CRM
● The organizations that you have worked at
