Skills & Experience Required:
- Linkedin Content Creation & Marketing:
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, posts & lead magnets on Linkedin.
Experience with content funnel creation, including crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement and conversions.
Linkedin Demand Generation & Social Selling:
Ability to create and manage end-end marketing/sales funnels on Linkedin.
Expertise in designing and implementing inbound and outbound marketingcampaigns on LinkedIn.
Experience in taking highly personalized conversations with prospects via LinkedIn chat and setting up discovery meetings.
Ability to leverage LinkedIn for both lead generation and nurturing.
Linkedin Community Creation & Management:
Experience in creating & managing communities from scratch.
Experience in setting up webinars and other events for the members of the community.
Experience in setting up and managing newsletters.
Ability to sell indirectly by capitalizing on the community.

Prerequisites:
- 1-2 years of experience as a content marketer/Sales Specialist/Demand Generation Specialist/Growth Marketer/Marketer for B2B SaaS/Tech companies primarily on Linkedin.
- Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Develop and curate engaging thought leadership content around MVP validation, zero-to-one journeys, and sales & marketing outbound methodologies, specifically targeting startup founders and sales/marketing professionals on Linkedin.
Lead Magnets & Engagement: Design and produce compelling lead magnets to drive engagement for LinkedIn posts, ensuring content resonates with the audience and prompts interaction.
Performance Optimization: Analyze engagement metrics to identify high-performing content types, optimizing the content strategy based on insights and trends on Linkedin.
Competitive Research: Conduct research to leverage successful strategies from prominent LinkedIn influencers, ensuring content capitalizes on best practices and emerging trends on Linkedin.
Community & Newsletter Management: Oversee and engage with community members and newsletter subscribers (that we would create), crafting content that fosters interaction and drives conversions.
Engagement & Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement from target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and convert interactions into discovery calls on Linkedin.
This is a full-time on-site role in Bengalure, Karnataka.
