The Opportunity
We are offering a unique opportunity for you to join our fully remote team and make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a knack for sales to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth by connecting with potential customers, showcasing the value of our products and services, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a BDA/ISM, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with our customers.
Job Details:
Designation: BDA/ISM (Sales)
CTC: Up to 4.2 LPA (fixed) + Incentives
Job Location: Fully Remote (Work from home)

Responsibilities:
Initiate calls to engage potential customers and create interest in our products.
Effectively manage and update leads to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM and IVR systems.
Prepare and share comprehensive reports with your manager.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Deliver basic work input on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree
0-3 years of sales experience, Tech Course Sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficient in using communication platforms such as emails, calls, and WhatsApp.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.
