About the Role:
Wokelo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales KPIs, setting up managing end to end sales processes, and supporting the Account Executive and Sales leadership in various capacities to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Drive Inside Sales KPIs: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets and demos. Track and report on sales performance metrics..
Lead Management and Research: Conduct research to pre-qualify inbound leads, prospect new clients and leverage tools like Apollo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
Process Setup and Assessment: Develop and optimize sales processes, maintain CRM, Manage product trials, including trial setup, and usage.
Pre-sales and Sales Enablement: Draft proposals, prepare order forms, and edit MSA contracts. Develop and maintain sales collateral. Setup / conduct intro meetings.
Collaboration: Work closely with Outside Sales to support end-to-end sales cycle. Coordinate meetings on an account executive’s calendar and log activities
Sales Analytics and Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, oversee pipeline, conduct deal reviews, manage sales dashboard and KPIs
Lead Sourcing: Support top-of-the-funnel and business development initiatives such as scouting for industry events, conferences, and partnerships, implement AI SDR tool
Who you are:
● 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer success
● Proven ability to track, manage and achieve inside sales metrics and KPIs
● Proficiency in using CRM/Sales tools like Pipedrive, Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator
● Outstanding verbal and written communication, ability to build strong relationships
● Experience in a Enterprise SaaS / FinTech / B2B SaaS preferred but not mandatory
● Experience in drafting proposals, updating contract documents and collateral a plus
