Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Rep, you will represent our clients and spearhead their investor pipeline-building efforts. Working closely with our Founder, you'll test messaging, refine investor personas, and continuously iterate to build a robust pipeline, qualify and schedule meetings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on first principles thinking and is eager to redefine outbound growth marketing and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools and automation to create personalized outreach campaigns, generating high-quality leads and revenue.
Master Tools: Become proficient in tools like Clay, Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, Heyreah, and more to drive outbound growth.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use multiple data sources to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decisions.
Copywriting: Produce compelling copy and assets tailored to diverse customer personas.
Outreach: Engage and create relationships with potential partners and investors to set up meetings with our clients
Strategic Growth: Collaborate on growth strategy, share funnel metrics, and liaise between sales and marketing.
Hit the phones: We need someone who is fearless on the phone for high priority investors and doesn't shy away from discomfort.
What Does Success Look Like?
You’ll have a set of KPIs on positive responses, client fulfillment, and qualified meetings booked. The idea is to have a streamlined process for bookings meetings for each of our clients, and have enough pipeline for them to raise capital.
Who You Are:
Ownership & Initiative: You take outcomes personally and do everything to make things happen.
Growth Mindset: You stay updated with industry trends and network with top outbound and demand-gen experts.
Excellent Execution: You deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in demand generation/outbound growth, high ticket sales or investor relations
Marketing Automation: Expertise in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Creative & Communicative: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Proven Track Record: Successful marketing campaigns using AI tools like Clay.
Analytical Skills: Strong passion for data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with sales-tech, investor relations or finance.
Roles in growth marketing, sales development, account-based marketing, or similar top-of-funnel responsibilities.
Have some sort of investment knowledge or have done outreach to investors in the past
