Responsibilities
Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns.
Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high quality sales qualified leads.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team.
Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Requirements
2 – 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in saas sales is preferred)
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
Preferred Qualifications
● Proficiency with CRM software’s and prospecting tools
● Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quota
