Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, ensuring consistency with our brand’s identity.
- Influencer and Social Media Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders across various platforms to enhance brand reach and credibility. Manage and optimize social media interactions and campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- SEO and Growth Hacking: Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and employ growth hacking techniques to maximize traffic and sales conversions.
- Video Content Creation: Oversee the production of engaging video content that resonates with our target audience, enhancing brand storytelling and product showcases.
- Website and E-Commerce Management: Ensure a seamless, user-friendly online shopping experience that is reflective of our brand’s high standards.
- Design and Branding: Direct the creation of all visual communications, including marketing materials and digital assets, maintaining brand consistency.
- Content Development: Strategize and oversee the creation of compelling content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
- Public Relations: Manage PR efforts to enhance brand recognition and reputation, including media relations and strategic partnerships.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to monitor marketing effectiveness and ROI, adapting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Team and Project Management: Lead and coordinate freelancers and external agencies across multiple disciplines to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record in e-commerce marketing, with substantial experience in SEO, influencer marketing, and digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of the jewelry or luxury goods market; specific experience with lab-grown diamonds is highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage both teams and external contractors effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
