About This Role
The Vice President Marketing is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive customer engagement. You will lead marketing teams and any associated agencies in creating impactful campaigns and driving brand awareness.
You are vital in crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate brand positioning and customer engagement. Your role is to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and contribute to sales growth which ultimately boosts revenue and market share.
This is a global role which is based in Singapore.
As a VP Marketing, your key objectives will be to:
- Take end-to-end ownership of creating a vision and building out a world class B2B marketing function for Circles, including (but not limited to) aspects related to: demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, campaign management, branding & PR
- Own the marketing strategic direction and plan, work closely with the founders, the leadership team, especially the product, engineering and sales team to build compelling value propositions, GTM strategies and viral campaign to drive adoption of B2B products in order for the organization to achieve revenue growth targets
- Creating a Corporate marketing strategy and plan; Strategize and implement Brand Communications and PR communications on offline and online platforms
- Accountable for conceptualization, design, development and execution of strategic, Innovative and tactical initiatives for brand positioning, awareness and recall
- Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Create and manage digital content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution and review
- Creating content strategies based on business objectives, category focus, and audience segments across all channels (online/offline/social)
- Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc)
- Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition
- Managing and reviewing the marketing budget
- Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies
- Responsible for leveraging content to generate leads for the business
- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and generating maximum ROIs
- Build, train, and mentor a high performing, high producing marketing team with a clear focus on accelerating company growth and performance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Leading a B2B marketing function for a SaaS business across Asia (and ideally global)
- Experience in targeting audiences across Board, CEO and CXO level to deliver impactful messages
- Good knowledge of marketing, including Corporate brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and are comfortable dealing with the media
- Adept at building relationships, and liaising with multiple stakeholders, and thrive in matrix environments
- Proven marketing skills in PR & AR: managing media channels, events, white papers, influencers etc.
- Experience in marketing funnel management – building inbound leads, qualifying and driving conversion across purchasing journey
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in leading and building a strong marketing team to execute on vision and strategy
