Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate effectively with various teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Project Coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress.
- Communicate project updates and statuses to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate any issues or risks to the project manager.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks as needed.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
Skills Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2 would be advantageous.
