Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, emphasizing strong collaboration with hiring managers and advocating effectively for candidates.
• Enhance our recruiting strategies by analyzing market trends and utilizing data-driven insights.
• Actively source candidates, screen applications, and assess potential hires to ensure a good fit within our dynamic team.
• Represent Topsort passionately, ensuring all candidates have a positive and engaging experience.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and leadership during the interview and decision-making stages.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key talent in the industry, positioning Topsort as an employer of choice.
• Oversee the offer process in collaboration with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, aiming for seamless candidate transitions.
• Innovate independently to enhance both the candidate journey and our recruitment methodologies.

What We Expect from You:

• At least 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a competitive, tech-focused environment.
• A proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier technical talent.
• A strong academic background, ideally from prestigious universities, demonstrating both intelligence and discipline.
• A genuine passion for technology with a solid understanding of the skills and companies in the industry.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and adeptness at cold-emailing candidates.
